FRENCH CLUB FC

As president you will possess quite a bit of responsibility, but it is also one of the most rewarding jobs in French Club. You get to choose field trips, plan activities, and, when possible, help plan one of the biggest events at Fullerton College, the French Film Festival! The most important thing is that you have fun, so just know you have a whole team of French humans here to support you.

 

Your job is to plan and host meetings, handle paperwork for club field trips and events, delegate tasks to the officers, plan and host events/field trips, punctually attend all meetings. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: leadership experience

As the vice president, you will have the opportunity to talk with hundreds of new people, and help the president to plan some absolutely amazing field trips, meetings, and events. You will stand with the president as the face of French Club, as well as the mind behind club flyers and advertisements. Vice president is one of the most fun roles in the club. Always, know you have a whole team of French humans here to support you.

Your job is to handle recruitment (attends Club Rush, makes posters), run the meeting if President is absent, take photos during events and helps secretary to manage social media.

As secretary, you will be the individual who records many of our meetings for semesters to come. Depending upon necessity, ou will be the creative mind behind the online French Club environment--social media, website, etc. To have this job is to be one of the most important figures when it comes to getting members to French Club. As always, the most important thing is that you have fun, so just know you have a whole team of French humans here to support you.

Your job is to manage social media and track attendance to meetings, so we can notify professors if their students attended. 

As treasurer, you will likely have one of the simpler roles, but that does not make it any less important. As a matter of fact, money is actually quite important--if we have it--and it is your job to ensure it is watched at all times no matter the amount. Still, make sure you're having fun in the club and know you have a team of French humans here to support you.

 

Your job is to manage money collection whether for field trips or fundraisers, fill out Funding Request forms with the school if necessary, and take photos during events.
